   a)  Identify strengths, weaknesses, challenges and vision

5. Winning Spirit Performance Journal (Month 2-5)

   a)  Assign client one chapter per week (Total 16 chapters / 16 weeks)
   b)  Review and discuss client entires

6. Performance Review (Month 6)

   a)  Measuring professional / personal growth and development 
   b)  Develop a personal practice plan 
   c)  Wrap-up and identify next steps 
   d)  Explore other individual and team coaching offerings

   a)  Interview coworkers, managers and employees 
   b)  Gather feedback and write up a Scouting Report 
   c)  Present the Scouting Report feedback with the client  

 

8. Scouting Report - Phase Two : Personal  (Month 8)

   a) Interview family members, friends and mentors 
   b) Gather feedback and write up a Scouting Report 
   c) Present the Scouting Report feedback with the client  

TWELVE MONTH COACHING SESSIONS

9. Autobiography / Legacy Project (Month 9-12)

   a)  Assign client one chapter per week (Total 10 chapters / 10 weeks)
   b)  Work alongside client to help them write their manifesto 
   c)  Explore their early life journey & leadership belief and values 
   d)  Include photographs, poems, articles and other important documents 
   e)  Present the completed autobiography manifesto (physical book)
