You can select specific pages directly from the journal workbook and save them straight to your desktop.

You can also save specific pages by going to "print", select individual pages, then save as a new PDF to your desktop.

You can fill in your entry, save, and send me a copy of the PDF to my direct email.

If you prefer to handwrite your journal notes, you can print out the section, fill it out by hand, then send a photo or scan the pages.
